Hello Everyone,

Below is VERY IMPORTANT information for those wishing to attend the Ashwaubenon Dance Invitational and for those who want to try and GUARANTEE a spot for their team at our competition this coming dance season.

The dates for The 16th Annual - Ashwaubenon Dance Invitational are set for:
Saturday, December 5th, 2026 - VARSITY ONLY
Sunday, December 6th, 2026 - COLLEGE / JV / MIDDLE / ELEMENTARY

The following interest form will be used on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis to determine who will be selected to attend the Ashwaubenon Dance Invitational. Performance order within each division will also be based on the order in which this form is submitted. Those who register earliest will receive the latest performance slots in their division, while those who register later will perform earlier in the division.

We would like to begin planning and preparing for the competition as soon as possible. The information collected through this interest form will help us make the necessary preparations.​

THURSDAY JUNE 18th 2026 AROUND 11:00AM.

If you are unsure at this point in time or don't have your team selected yet, PLEASE STILL FILL OUT THIS GOOGLE FORM as it will guarantee your team a spot if you are within the set number of teams our school will allow at our event. The number of Athletes/Coaches/Team Personnel can be changed prior to the final Registration/Payment due date. You can always back out of the competition after filling out this Interest Form if you end up choosing not to attend at a later time. We just use this form as a timeline of who has notified us of their interest in attending to guarantee spots to those that fill it out first.

This Interest Form is NOT the Registration for our competition.  This is only to gain interest and to determine who will be able to attend the Ashwaubenon Dance Invitational.  We will send out the formal Registration to those who we can allow to attend this Fall.

This link in Additional information below includes the best options for your spectators to park for the Dance Invite.  We anticipate 3000-4000 spectators over the course of each day.  With this being said we suggest that your fans carpool to the event if at all possible to lower the amount of vehicles at the event.

​PERFORMING ARTS CENTER:
The PAC is on the opposite side of the school which can only be accessed through areas in which teams will be changing.  With this being said dancers, coaches, team managers and team helpers will be the only ones able to access this area from inside the school.  Unfortunately spectators will need to walk a short distance outside to get to the Performing Arts Center. They will need to walk from the fieldhouse through the pool locker room hallway and then outside to the PAC.​
