COVID GUIDELINES
The competition will run as it normally has. It is the coaches, dancers and spectators discretion as to what preventative measures they wish to take while attending the Ashwaubenon Dance Invitational.
ADMISSIONS (CASH ONLY)
Only sold upon arrival. There will be no tickets sold ahead of time.
$5.00 – Adult (Ages 18 and Older)
$3.00 – Child (Ages 3 – 17)
Free – Babies (Ages 2 and Under)
ATM/CASH ONLY
There is an ATM at Ashwaubenon High School if needed. Cash is the only method of payment accepted at the competition. Keep in mind that there is a fee when using the ATM.

7:00am on Sunday December 5th.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN ANY OF THE BUSINESS/COMMUNITY CENTER PARKING LOTS AROUND ASHWAUBENON HIGH SCHOOL
YOUR CAR WILL BE TICKETED/TOWED.
We anticipate 3000-4000 spectators over the course of the day. With this being said we suggest that your fans carpool to the event if at all possible to lower the amount of vehicles at the event.
PERFORMING ARTS CENTER:
(Saturday Only)
The PAC is on the opposite side of the school which can only be accessed through areas in which teams will be changing. With this being said dancers, coaches, team managers and team helpers will be the only ones able to access this area from inside the school. Unfortunately spectators will need to walk a short distance outside to get to the Performing Arts Center. They will need to walk from the fieldhouse through the pool locker room hallway and then outside to the PAC.
Thank you to the 105 teams attending, 221 coaches, 1610 dancers, 22 judges and AHS families/volunteers who make our event such a success.

Hello Everyone,
Below is VERY IMPORTANT information for those wishing to attend the Ashwaubenon Dance Invitational and for those who want to TRY TO GUARANTEE a spot for your team at our competition this coming dance season.
The date for The 11th Annual - Ashwaubenon Dance Invitational is set for SATURDAY, DECEMBER 4TH 2021 (there is a potential of a Sunday 12/5 addition to the competition if needed).
The following interest form will be used on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis to determine who will be selected to attend the Ashwaubenon Dance Invitational in 2021. We are anticipating that our competition will be as close to normal this dance season but we are unsure exactly at this point in time what our school administration will allow. We do want to start planning and preparing for the competition early, so the information we receive in this interest form will help us with preparations that need to be made.
If you are unsure at this point in time PLEASE STILL FILL OUT THIS GOOGLE FORM as it will be the best way to try and guarantee your team a spot if you are within the set number of teams our school will allow. You can always back out later if you end up choosing to not attend at a later time. We will use this form as a timeline of who has notified us of their interest in attending.
If for some reason we are restricted in any way or our interest is too high from Varsity Teams we do plan to host our COLLEGE / JV / Middle School / Elementary Competition on Sunday, December 5th 2021. We do want to provide an In-Person option for any JV/Middle School/Elementary School teams this year regardless of if there is space or not on Saturday December 4th.
Please inform any other coaches/teams you know will want to attend the Ashwaubenon Dance Invitational of this important information.
Please note that we will NOT be asking for teams to send in any PAYMENT / TEAM LIABILITY CONTRACT until we have been given the okay to host the Ashwaubenon Dance Invitational as we normally have or if there will be restrictions set by our school’s administration. Thank you for your continued support.
